How can I buy?

To make a purchase, select the items you want to order and add them to your shopping cart. Then you can proceed with the payment process. You can make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or Account Numbers registered on our site. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. (See also request emails)

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need an account to place an order, but having one allows you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not store any payment information in your account. You can create an account by selecting it when ordering.

Do you charge sales tax?

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Domestic and International. The tax rate is determined by 18% and is displayed when placing your order.

Delivery
All orders outside of Turkey are sent by our contracted company (DHL Cargo). (You will have the option to choose a payment method when ordering.)

When will my order be shipped?

Orders confirmed by 14:00 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next Monday (excluding holidays).

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Will I have to pay additional taxes or duties on my overseas orders?

As the buyer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to; Payment for these is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot advise on the exact amount of such fees as they are unique to each location.
